Adam leads the property/land assemblage and brokerage arm of Common Ground, specializing in urban property investment. Adam has helped found several successful ventures including the New Living, Beaver’s, and the Caroline Collective.
Monte is director of real estate development with Common Ground. He is chair of the Midtown Management District’s Urban Planning Committee; a William Kinne International Development Fellow at and graduate of Columbia University’s Masters of Real Estate Development at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation; an ICSC Foundation Charles Grossman Graduate Scholar; and holds a Bachelors Degree from Bard College in Studio Art and Architecture. He has worked as merchandiser/store designer with H&M and Barney’s New York; specialized in retail site selection and leasing with Wulfe & Co; and worked with the Houston Downtown Management District to spearhead a restaurant-driven revitalization plan for the Downtown Historic District.
